Darklight is a wholesale supplier of lighting products for trade customers. Product information and images on the website are for presentation purposes; specifications may change without prior notice.

No public list pricing is offered on the website. Prices are provided through the B2B portal based on the discount tier assigned to your account, or on request. Unless stated otherwise, all quotations are valid for 30 days and subject to stock availability.

You are responsible for keeping your B2B portal credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All site content, logos, product imagery and designs belong to Darklight and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

Darklight does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of products; our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courts and Execution Offices have jurisdiction over disputes.
